baked ranch chicken [recipe]...

Once again we have a chicken dish...but I haven't let you down yet, right?! :)

Baked Ranch Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts [thawed]
1/2 cup butter- melted.

NOTE: I slice my chicken breasts in half, length wise. This cuts down on cooking time, gives you more left overs, and coats the ingredients so much better.
[no thicker than this.]

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a shallow bowl, combine and mix the corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, and dressing mix together.

2. Dip chicken in meted butter, and hen roll on the corn flake mixture to coat.

3. Place coated chicken in a greased 13x9 baking dish.

4. Bake uncover at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

[we top ours off with some veggies!]

Seriously, this is hands down the husbands favorite meal,
and one of the easiest to make, and honestly, pretty fool proof!
Can't beat that right?!

ENJOY!
