You guys. [simple] miracles happen.
first. I got dressed, in cute, no-sweat clothes...3 days in a row. I can't promise a fourth day, but 3 days is pretty dang good around these parts.
second. all of our Christmas shopping is done & and we [I] didn't step foot inside one store!
third. Hudson has slept until 9am for the past week. okay, this isn't a miracle because it happens quite often, but it's still pretty awesome, and I'm not complaining!
fourth. it's the middle of December which means only 12 days until we head out for a little vacation in Idaho!
fifth. we finally converted...to some smartphones that is. I know I know, be shocked! i'm blaming this one on the hubby...it took a lot of convincing, alot of begging, and a lot of thought...but he called yesterday morning, asked us to meet him at the store, and we converted to the new Iphones. I don't know how it happened, or what changed his mind...but I'm not questioning it at all...mostly because Kalob said he would never convert.
All of that brings some amazing things...
I will no longer be "tweeting" on my computer. Yeah, I used to stay up on twitter on my computer, not my phone. oh and the same for my facebook page, and pinterest, and..... Oh the things I do for this blog...haha.
I'm also now on instagram! I've been waiting for this for a long time people...
a l o n g time!

I won't lie to you, I kept the new phone in the box most of the day, in fear that I would break it, Hudson would get a hold of it, or I would scratch it if it was in my purse. I know...a little paranoid?!
I think I may actaully miss my ancient dinosaur phone, right now...
Dear ENVY [the used to be cool phone!],
We have been through a lot...of years. I mean, you are the phone from high school who went through hook ups and break ups & late night "secret" phone calls. You came with me to college. You announced that I was engaged. You were there the day I got married. We have been through 3 big moves, and you were right by my side the day I had a baby...
I think it's safe to say that you were durable...and according to the professionals...you are "ancient" considering they don't even make you anymore! Humbling experience to say the least my dear friend. So now that you have been replaced by the "newer and better", I'm handing you over to a little boy who thinks you are the best thing since french fries. You are in good hands, I can promise you that!
But as I'm writing this post from my new phone all I have to say is...
My life has been changed.
simple miracles people. simple miracles.
Why is everyone done with their Christmas shopping except me??
