easy peasy [a recipe]...

For some reason, I've been in a cooking funk. Lately I have had no desire to be in the kitchen cooking, and sadly that means that the hubby has been on "make your own" for a few days now [good thing he is a good cook himself right?].
I figured it was about time to feed my husband, so I made the easiest, but amazing crockpot chicken.

Are you ready for this?!

Crockpot Italian Chicken
1 bottle of Italian dressing
3-4 frozen chicken breasts

-Put frozen chicken into your crockpot.
-Pour entire bottle of Italian dressing on top of frozen chicken.
-Cook on low for 6hours or high for 3hours.

yes. I'm being dead serious.
It's that easy.

We usually shred the chicken and put in on top of some tortilla chips, a little melted cheese, sour cream and salsa. and make some Italian Chicken Nachos, or in some tortillas.
The chicken is great un-shredded as well, by itself with a side salad or some vegetables!
Ugggg, don't you just love an easy, yummy meal!?

Do you have any easy meals that are a staple in your house?!
Hope you all are having an amazing weekend!

  5. This sounds so yummy! We usually put chicken in the crock-pot with salsa and eat it with tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, and then I use the leftover in chicken enchiladas...
I will have to try the Italian dressing and see if I like it even more!

I love reading every single one of your comments!
