For some reason, I've been in a cooking funk. Lately I have had no desire to be in the kitchen cooking, and sadly that means that the hubby has been on "make your own" for a few days now [good thing he is a good cook himself right?].
I figured it was about time to feed my husband, so I made the easiest, but amazing crockpot chicken.
Are you ready for this?!
Crockpot Italian Chicken
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Italian dressing
3-4 frozen chicken breasts
-Put frozen chicken into your crockpot.
-Pour entire bottle of Italian dressing on top of frozen chicken.
-Cook on low for 6hours or high for 3hours.
WA-LA.
yes. I'm being dead serious.
It's that easy.
We usually shred the chicken and put in on top of some tortilla chips, a little melted cheese, sour cream and salsa. and make some Italian Chicken Nachos, or in some tortillas.
The chicken is great un-shredded as well, by itself with a side salad or some vegetables!
Ugggg, don't you just love an easy, yummy meal!?
Do you have any easy meals that are a staple in your house?!
