last things thursday [3]...

It's thursday, which means multiple things this week...

1. It's time for last things thursday with Jenna over at Life of the Wife!

2. Since it's day 4 of birthday week for my little man, I'm taking a spin on Jenna's last post where she featured her husband, and I'm featuring....Hudson! :)

3. 2 days until Hudson's first birthday party!

4. Nana and Papa [my parents] get into town tonight! Beyond excited!

Last thing I...[Hudson edition!]

ate and loved: FRO-YO! It was super hot at my park date yesturday with Isabel, so our mama's decided that we needed to cool off a bit. I think it was more for our moms, but the ladies that work at Menchies just love me so I don't mind! :)

ate that I hated: homemade pizza. yuck! what the heck in all that red stuff oooozing off that crusty stuff!? And remember when I had to smash cake?! [click for a review!] yeah, I don't like cake anymore.  



smile at: well, I'm usually always smiling, but lately I've been getting alot of packages in the mail...I think it has something to do with this crazy week that mom has been obsessing over for months now...but packages in the mail- one of my favorite things! GIGI [great-grandma] and GI-PI[great-grandpa] sent me my very own Boise State [go broncos!] pillow pet! Even though they live a few hundred miles away, they know me so well!

 learned: I seem to learn something new everyday, but lately my skin has been really dry because of the weather change here in Colorado, so when I have shorts on [or no pants at all right before bath time], my knees start to crack! I've come up with a solution:

was excited for: I've been excited all week for Nana and Papa to come and visit. They are some of the most amazing people you will ever meet in your whole life! Nana doesn't let me cry or get upset...ever, and if I don't want to take a nap when she is here, I don't have to! Papa teaches me how to blow raspberries and make noises with my lips, and makes me laugh so hard until I get

hiccups.

tried for the first time: the sandbox. My [girl]friend Isabel just got a new sandbox in her backyard! So much fun!

 

 I think she likes me! :)

It's nap time so I'm out, but mom told me to tell you...
