working it...

Well, I won't lie to you, I've doubted, I've done some major pep talks, I've cheated, made excuses, and even ate a maple bar doughnut one night after not eating dinner before I went to the store...but ladies and gentlemen...
I'm still working it!
and loving it...
Like I've said many times before,I knew it wasn't going to be easy, and it hasn't been...but for all those nights that I made it to the gym, pushed myself to running longer than I have ever run in my whole entire life [probably combined], getting the jogging stroller ready the night before so Hudson and I can go before it gets too hot [I know it's only going to get worse, but running in 80degree weather with a baby, isn't ideal!], and for all those times that I'm the only one in the gym on a Friday night, it has been SO beyond worth it.
I've made a few purchases along the way to make me a little happier!
And now I swear by them...
MUST HAVES:
1. UnderAmour Mini Headbands...
The only headband that will stay tight enough on my head and won't ride up in the back...
You can get them here.
 2. Old Navy Men's V-neck Tee
Yep, that's right...Mens. I have so many women's shirts, probably more than I should, but I just can't stand running in a tight, too short, riding up, shirt. Maybe it's because I still have a little "extra" to get rid of, but no matter what the reason, I'm LOVING these shirts. Lightweight, comfy, l o n g, and I got them at Old Navy on sale for $4. Yeah, you better believe I got one in like 5 different colors [don't judge]. Buy them here.
3. Old Navy Women's Yoga Pants
Okay, I know I'm not the only one out there that can never find work out pants that are long enough. Or after you wash them they shrink a little, or they look extremely funny over your tennis shoes. Okay, maybe it's just me, but I've found my answer. After ready nearly 2349862038 reviews, I caved and bought these pants...in a TALL. I'm in love. They are seriously the most comfortable sweat pants I've ever owned, and if you know me, that's saying a lot! Buy them...maybe even 5 pairs, here.
4. "WoRkiNg iT" playlist!
I have about 200 uh-maz-ing songs on my "working it" playlist...way more minutes than I would ever be able to work out for, but when on shuffle- life is so good. My list changes daily, but these three beats are this weeks "top" songs.
I still have 2 months until that lovely 5k...[i know it doesn't seem like that far to run, but remember- I'm a wanna be runner...] but even without that goal, I'm loving the way I'm feeling.
