stayin' alive...

3 round trip tickets.
Denver to Boise.
12 days in the city of trees.
1 beautiful Christmas morning.
Freezing cold weather.
So many laughs.
So many pictures.
So many memories.
Boise to Denver.
Tears on the way home.
1 frozen car which then meant,
1 battery dead car in a giant parking lot.
4 hours later..

somehow, some way...
W e   a r e   a l i v e .

I can not even begin to explain to you how nice it was to get away...from everything.
This past year has been crazy, stressful, and a little a lot exhausting.
So to end the year with some of the most amazing people on this planet, was just what I needed to keep that smile on my face!
There is something about being in a place you love, with people that love you, where Hudson has a permanent smile on his face from the moment he woke up from the moment he asked to go to sleep at night because he was so worn out.

Idaho has my heart. My whole entire heart.

Although I went out of town and away from this blog, I did not go away from your blogs.
I think my family heard more about all of your holidays than ever before!!

So while I'm going through the hundreds and hundreds of pictures from the past few weeks,
I'm hoping that all of you will stay tuned to see hundreds and hundreds of pictures and posts!

Oh and if you haven't heard...
