from our house to yours...

Last Friday Letters I mentioned the beef I had with our Christmas cards.
Let's just say, I was pissed.
I may have cried.
I may have called Kalob at work to tell him.
I may have even banned the words "Christmas cards" for a few days...

This the picture I submitted to be printed....
Christmas cards are a huge deal to me.
h u g e.
It was going to take a lot for me to be disappointed enough to not to send them out...
until this is what was printed and sent to me...
100 of them...100 cards.
.
Pretty sure you will understand why no Christmas cards went out this year.

Could there be any more saturation on that card...because I'm pretty sure it looks I put him in a tanning bed for a good 7 hours and he is bleeding from the corner of his eyes. awesome.
And that picture was worth a dang christmas card...
So...from our blog family to yours...
[and happy 20 months to this little man!]
[did you want to see that picture 3 times...thought so!]

From our house to yours, wherever that may be this holiday season.
So grateful for every single one of you...your stories, your blogs, & your friendship.
I hope that all of us can remember the true meaning of the season!

  1. I hope you were able to get compensated in some way.

At least your little guy is still adorable, overly saturated or not. ;)

  7. I had the SAME problem with our Christmas cards too! I ripped Shutterfly a new one and they gave me a full credit back so I could re-do our cards. The company automatically enhances your photos...umm I'm pretty sure ENHANCING should be an option, not an automatic thing. I was so angry!
