Some of you have been around on the blog and have heard me talk about my sister.
She wrote Hudson this amazing letter when he was only a few months old, and although she won't touch or even come near a poopy diaper, she continues to be such an amazing aunt to H.
It just happens to be her b i r t h d a y today!
We wish we could be there to celebrate,
but I'm pretty sure she won't have a problem celebrating without us!

Anyway, This past weekend she sent me this link to a song I had never heard of before...
Dave Barnes: Mine to Love.
and at the end of her message she wrote..."this song is for Hudson".
Before I had even listened to the song, I was already crying...
and surprisingly I actually made it through the whole song,
but by the end I was a complete disaster...but in a good way.

I just couldn't help but think about how incredible it is what
one person can do to your life...especially a baby?!
I never knew that power until I had H.
He has brought smiles to faces of complete strangers...
Made people love stronger...
He has brought smiles to faces of complete strangers...
Made people love stronger...
He has answered so many prayers...healed so many wounds...
and continues to be such a "glue" for my family.
I'm so excited to see the relationship that Aly and Hudson form.
I can't wait for her to show him that life is truly beautiful, or how to be his best self...
and I can't wait to see the day that she actually changes his diaper!
Hope everyone had an amazing weekend!
