this weekend has had some big stepping stones.
ones to be blogged about for sure!
[ I know. I know. I blog about everything.]
Hudson went to his first fair and rode the ferris wheel!
Kalob and I kept talking about how life has changed. We used to ride the rides, stay all night, go to every concer, in high school he used to go to fair to pick up girls, and now we have a baby, and really, the ferris wheel is about as exciting as it gets for little man!
here's to amazing life changes!
We had a rough little time at church this week. Poor little guy just couldn't keep his milk down, and would just "gag" it all up. But he looked super cute while doing it.

[look at that tie. goodness.]
here's to cute little boy ties!
As I have stated in a previous post, we have been having some pretty serious gag reflux issues, and because of that I haven't felt comfortable putting Hudson in his own room at night. I felt like I couldn't get to him quick enough if he was to choke, or start gagging. Until he started waking up 5-6 times at night, see me, and then he would eat every single time. At first I thought it was a growth spurt, and at first it may have been, but then it started to get a little out of control. So last thursday, when the fifth wake up time rolled around at about 4am, I had pretty much had enough, put him in his own room, and he slept like a baby. [no pun inteaded]
The next night. 8pm rolled around and it was time for bed. I had it in my head that it probably wouldn't be bliss right away but to my suprise....
silence. no noises. pretty simply amazing. all night long.

8:20am rolled around the next morning. Time to wake up.
I think I can handle 12 hours.
He was the happiest little camper ever.

I am so jealous of your little one sleeping for so long! Owen sleeps for 7 hours straight every other night. The nights he doesn't sleep 7 hours straight he is waking up every two. Eventually we will get there! Glad life is so good! :)
